Ive got a Pentium 4a 2.0GHz@2.5GHz on a jetway S447 motherboard, at 125x20, ive had it at 130x20 (2.6GHz) and it ran ok, but when i upped it to 133+, it wouldnt work when i tryed it with 1x512MB PC3200 and 1x256 PC2100, but now that ive bought another 512MB PC3200 stick, and got rid of the PC2100 stick, would i be able to OC past 132x20? because i thaught the memory was holding it back.

Oh yeah, and the memory timings are at 2.5-3-3-6, would changin these make any difference?

How old is that 2.0a??? I mean if it is from back when the a's were popular it may only top at 2.5-2.6ghz....If it was some of the last steppings I saw them get to 2.8ghz...

Good luck!!!
