OC'ing FSB on K7T Pro

Hey all, got a couple questions:

1. When I overclock m FSB on my MSI K7T Pro, how do I recover the puter if it won't boot on an FSB setting? I remember with my Soyo board I used to have to hold down INSERT, but I need to know for sure before I start fooling with it.

2. Will OC'ing the FSB increase heat production from the CPU and/or motherboard dramatically?

Thanks!

Hitting the insert key and power switch at the same time will reset it to default so it will post.
OC'ing via FSB is always bound to increase heat, as any overclocking does. It is best offset by having a good aftermarket cpu cooler, such as a super orb or Taisol.
