OCing e6750 p35-ds3l wont save BIOS!

Heres the problem. Before i have been able to run the fsb at 480. Today i went to check the speed in cpu-z but its at default!



I went back to bios and it read 480 not the default. When i change the fsb it post 1 time as usual and starts up windows. i check my speed again and its still default.
