OCing and Stock Coolers

Is an after market cooler necessary to hit 3.0? I don't want to go crazy but I am entertaining the idea of an OC.

333 FSB should be easy as pie... no higher than 50 c probably.. you should not have to touch Vcore.....

my bro hit 3.5G on his stock cooler with his E6550 so it is very possible.

The Q6600 needs a arctic freezer pro 7 or better to hit 3.0GHz, it produces nearly twice the heat of a dualcore chip. (two core2duos in one)

Stock cooler can be a very good solution since it can cool the PWM, NB, and RAM at the same time.
