OCing an xp1700?

well yes, fsb and or multiplier, easy way, tweak your fsb in small steps and run your machine through a benchmark or games and if stable push it more.
multiplier on the xp is quite a diffrent issue, one would need to connect the L1 bridges on the cpu and that aint easy because it's on a wafer and you need to fill in the grooves with epoxy and then connect the L1's with conductive ink.

you may also need to feed the chip more voltage.
all these options will increase heat so keep an eye on it
