I read the OCing guide on a t-bird, and I saw the use of how he had to weld some golden bridges, and cut some BP_FID pins. But from what I Hear is that on the Abit-Kt7 all of the jumper setting, etc can be done all in the softmenu allowing me to change the clock speed/multiplier and core voltage without screwing around on anything inside there? Is this correct? Im a little hesitant in doing to irrational such as taking out pins etc on a t-bird, anything that could cause potential threat in destroying the cpu. I have OCed before, but its on a jumperless Abit BM6 mobo with a cely. Please drop me a line thanks guys!

To have the control via the motherboard, all you need to do is close all the bridges on the L1 bridge, there is 8 pins, and you need to join them up horizontally, I think this can be done with a very fine pencil, or a conductive pen.
