O'cing a P4 2.4b on a springdale

I'll be running a P4 2.4B on an Asus P4P800 with Kingston DDR400 3-3-3-3 (recommended for this mobo from Kingston site).

I was wondering what I could expect. I'll have a thermaltake 900u heatsink and a 80mm fan on the cpu. For case cooling, only the 2 80mm fans on top/back of my Cooler Master atc210 and my Antec TruePower480 power supply's fan. Kind of wish I could've had more fan mounting brackets on the case, but I guess I'll see how it works out.

I was wondering whether the mobo will allow the memory to run at 400mhz (800 dual channel) with a 533 mhz CPU. I don't know what stepping the CPU is; it didn't O'C at all in my MSI 648 Max mobo with cheap RAM, so I guess I'll see. I'll probably buy a 2.6C or 2.8C in a few months if I'm not happy with these results..

Thanks

Conversely... should I just return that DDR400 and pick up some high quality PC3500, with an eye towards picking up a 2.6 or 2.8C in the future?
