But, I honestly don't know how successful you'll be with it. CII700 has 10.5 multiplier... so, you're looking into 1050mhz if successful... (kinda doubt it would tho...)
As for the mobos, I would first check their websites for bios updates that could support that high multiplier. If anything, I think the Abit might... I don't think Soyo would be an overkill. I think you should test it and see which one gives you the most stability (then again, if I'm correct, it's a VIA chipset, right? oh well...

). I'm very interested in this as well, as I'm getting a CII633 & currently looking into couple of BX mobos to oc it with...
Temujin: I think those guys at OC Database are confused with CII700 & PIII700... Their S-spec's are all PIII cB0's...
