wut would be a good program to oc this card? rage or rad clocker? and im a n00b at ocing so wut would you suggest to do first? as in cooling wise and the clock rates to start of with?
 
Radclocker. It adds a tab to the Display Control Panel that is very similar to Coolbits. If all you want to do is o/c your card then this is what you want.

Just keep bumping up the speed in 2mhz increments until it becomes unstable, then do it backwards until it stays stable. And walla!
