Ocing a 1.8A with PC2100

I've read a lot of threads here and on the asus boards. I'm running an Asus p4b533-v with a 1.8A. I have an alpha heatsink with a Papst 12bda fan (trying to have a quiet rig).

I am running with 512 Crucial PC2100 Ram. I'm waiting for a deal on some Samsung 2700 hopefully.

With the vcore at 1.5, I can only run 121 FSB giving me just above 2.1 Ghz

With a vcore of 1.65, I can run the fsb at 123 giving me 2.21 Ghz.

Is this decent for PC2100 ram? I'm running a 3:4 cpu/mem ratio. So far it won't boot at 128 FSB.
