OCed video card can't damage a monitor can it?

What about the card itself? I read that its extremely rare...

If something happens to the Ramdac, I believe monitor damage can be incurred--but normally, no, overclocking doesn't effect the monitor.

What richleader said, oc'ing the gfx-card cannot hurt the monitor unless you are extremely unlucky (as in getting hit by a meteor or something like that!).
