OC'd my DS3 - Now it won't POST

Howdy,

I have a Gigabyte P965-DS3 which I tried to OC last night. It now will not POST. No beeps or any display. The fans and HDs spin but that's it. I've tried to clear the CMOS via the jumper and leaving the battery out overnight.

I need some suggestions about what to do now. Please help!
