OC'd causing Sata Fragmentation on Raptor?

I'm running a mildly OC'd Neo2 @ 230. My primary Sata Drive (Raptor) seems to really frag out quickly. Any known issues with this?

make sure you are plugged in to either ports 3 or 4. 1 and 2 are not locked, so if you change the htt speed the speed of ports 1 and 2 goes up too, which is not a good thing. whenever you delete or copy large files this obviously causes fragmentation also.

Im using Sata 3 for the Raptor...and I have a WD2500JD on Sata 4 and it has no corruption. I have switched the ports and it seems to follow the Raptor. If I go back to a normal fsb, corruption is gone?

Hmmmm......

I have a maxtor sata 7200, and I was able to make an exact copy of my old ide drive while it was overclocked at 33% using maxblast. Both drives have an 8 meg cache, and the new sata worked fine.

After doing some more investigaton I have determined that the sata cable is bad. If I switch cables with the other drive (before I just moved the location on the MB), my other drive will frag out like mad...and when I go back to normal fsb's, all is good.

Lesson learned:

Dont buy cheap/flashy cables for sata drives if you are going to OC...
