I have never used this test before and I have a few questions about it.

In the Above pic, There is a button, "hyperthreading as Dual Core" Button, Do I need to enable that to stress both Cores of my CPU. There is some other options in there that I could use some help with. Anyone know a good link to a page or Article that shows all the different settings for this app? Under the Monitoring tab in the Settings tab, There is a CPU temp option for four Cores. But it is only showing core 1 as enabled, Do I need to enable the temp for Core two?
And second, What does this program do exactly, Stress Ram and CPU or just just CPU. I have seen this program around in the Forums and wanted to give it a try.
And can someone give me the Order of which test is the most demanding for Stability. I have noticed that When trying new Overclocks that My CPU will pass Orthos, But not the Prime 95(Max heat power Consumption), So where does this Program fit into the Mix. I have read lots of articles where they use this test to test CPU coolers for lowest temps under load.
