Occasional/Intermittent Beep from Motherboard

I just upgraded my system with a new motherboard (Asus M2A VM HDMI) with AMD 64 X2 4800+. I also added a new PS (OCZ 600W). It posts/boots/runs fine, but I get a weird beep every hour or two. No signs of errors in Vista or crashes. Ironically, I had the same thing happen with a DFI Infinity board I was trying out before I got Asus.

Any ideas what could be causing the beep? I couldn't find any similar issues on the Asus website. This about my 25-30th system build over the past 15 years and have never had anything like this weird beep.

Thanks!

Do you have asus pc probe installed? The beep could be pc probe registering a tempetature or voltage alarm (and it may or may not mean anything sometimes pc probe goes nuts (ex my cpu temp is often at 34c in pc probe but once in a while it will jump to 256 beep then go back to 34))
