OC x2 3800 on stock cooling

Hey guys, I'm new to the forums and did a few searches but couldn't find an answer to my question.

I just bought an evga 7800GT, 939 mb, x2 3800, and 1 gb pc4000 ram. I don't plan on running anything more than stock cooling unless I can find something that is just as quiet. Anyway, would there be any safe overclocking I can do to my processor or video card. Also if there are any guides I should know about could someone please link me them for overclocking.

try for 2.4, don't go over 1.4v, and you should be fine. If the temps are fine, then maybe even a little higher than 1.4. 55c full load both cores max IMO.
