I must be overlooking something real basic-I'm not new at all to overclocking but the changes I've made to the settings on this board don't seem to change anything!

When I change multipliers, nothing changes. I looked at a video, as last resort, from another forum here at AnandTech but the settings they referred to in that video were not in the Asus Cmos.

I'm building an i7 920 on the P6T motherboard. I've installed the chip, drive, and ram. It runs fine and I installed windows as well. I now would like to OC the setup but it just doesn't respond for whatever reason.

Is there anyone in this forum using this board or a similar Asus setup with the i7?

To be able to RAISE the multiplier on a Core i7, you need an Extreme Edition CPU. With the Core i7 920 you are limited to raising the 133MHz base clock.
