OC-tab in 12.41?

I'm assuming you know what coolbits is. Download the v12.40 or v12.90 beta drivers and copy/paste the nvcpl.dll file from the driver package into your c:\windows\system directory. If you have coolbits enabled, you should see the O/C slider in your nVidia control panel now.
