Will I be able to OC with this Power Suppply?

The rest of the system is very OC'able, I'm only worried about this PS.

Anyone out there OC with this PS?

Link to PS here

ALSO, I'm have the DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra ATX AMD Motherboard.

Any issue using the 20pin +4 connector? Can I still OC this?

Correct me if I'm wrong but this is one of the best PSUs on the market, sure it is suitable.

I guess I worry about the 24pin the DFI seems to need. The PS I purchased has a 20pin connector with a 4 pin add-on.

I just want to make sure my PS is not the limiting factor in my OC setup.

Thanks for the advice so far.

Check your rails
If on of your rails gets really low, then it means your OC is being limited by your PSU

It's not a "4 pin add-on", it's just removeable so you can use this PSU on a 20-pin MB if needed.
That PSU is excellent.
