OC setting do not stick in windows [solved]

Overclock reverts to default 3.4ghz(per CPU-Z) after Windows comes out from sleep/standby mode and after system restart.
Bios settings save correctly.
I followed guides from tweaktown and overclocker

Fsb 100
multipliers tried 36, 38, 40
C states and thermal throttling are off
cpu voltage fixed at default
ram at default speed and voltage but XMP profile on


System:
Asrock Z87 Extreme6
Intel i5 4670K w/ Antec 620 kuhler
Crucial 16gb (2x8gb) pc 1600
Seagate 500gb hd

I followed the guide to overclock but did not help with my issue.

Solved by disabling suspend to ram / S3 setting in bios and tweaked windows power options so no more sleep/stand by mode.
