OC Q6600 on X48T-DQ6

My system is listed below. I can't seem to get a stable OC with this setup. The best I have gotten is 3.2 and stable in windows. The only glitch is when I do a reboot out of windows the motherboard cycles itself and resets. In windows in actually is running correctly. Does anyone have a place to start with this board? Maybe some settings you have gotten stable.
Here is a link to the ram I have. I am thinking that the RAM settings are my issue.
