Depends on the brand. The original Samsung will hit 209 Mhz, take a look here. And others, but the Corsair XMS3200C2 seems pretty good ram.
You might take a look @ Thugsrook thread. He got some nice results.

Well, it seems that newegg has it. But sometimes they ship the DTL-CB3, and other times they ship the CTL-CB3. The DTL doesnt go that high like the CTL-CB3. Those are marking on the Samsung sticker on the ram module.
Dont know about the other stores, U might check with the others that live in US.
