OC on stock cooling

I'm going to be getting an Athlon XP 2800+ Barton soon, and the case it is going to be in is the Antec SLK3700BQE, which uses a 120mm exhaust fan. My question is could I overclock the fsb safely to 400 MHz with stock cooling, and a 120mm exhaust fan? Thanks

no harm in trying - you will now by how high the temps are going when you crank up the fsb/vcore
