Question OC not going so well

Asus Z97-AR with 4670k CPU
trying just to get back to 3.8
I OC this back in 2014 or 2015..lost all settings other day and can not remember what to change to get there
anyone know this board that can offer some advise?
 
It's been a long time, and I didn't use that board. But you should be able to simply go to advanced mode-AI Tweaker- change the target CPU frequency to 4200MHz and it should easily do that at default voltage.

Nearly forgot, once you dial in your overclock, you can save it in my favorites.

I been looking at some videos, looks like none of those screens look like mine.
