OC northwood on stock ,, Possible?????

If you are getting to 62c under heavy load with the xp-120, I would doubt you could get stable at the same speed with a stock cooler, you are too close to the northwoods throttling point..

They most definately do. All P4s have thermal throttling.

About 3.6 with stock air/ and thats pushing it . to be safe 3.5 is all I would push it

62*C with xp-120, what freaking voltage? Seriously, don't even think about downgrading cooling at those temps. In fact you should drop the overclock you're at now in my opinion.

62 when STRESS Benchy,,, only 59 at most when say Doom3 or HL2

at stock, it will probably jump past 70C before throttling WAY down.
