OC Newbie, please help me pick a good mobo for OCing

Ok, here's what I plan on getting...

AMD 64bit 3500+

This great deal of a MOBO (939 socket, 4 DDR slots, 5 PCI, PCI Express x16, integrated 5.1 sound)

Geforce 6600GT (most likely dual dvi, Tigerdirect has a 256mb AGP model, not sure if 128mb PCI express would be better, please help)

Maxtor 300gb HDD

Going to recycle an 80gb HDD with Windows XP home on it, and a 512 mb stick of ram. will most likely buy a GB memory kit (2 x 512mb) I've seen them for like $40AR


I've been re-thinking the motherboard and would like something around or under $100... Only things I'm really looking for from the motherboard would be at least 2, preferably 3 or more DDR slots, 1 PCI Express slot, integrated soundcard, a must is being able to squeeze all the juice out of my processor...

I was thinking of getting a Zalman 7000 + Artic Silver 5 in order to reduce heat and noise as well...

PCI-E / AGP by themselves don't have much difference. It depends on your budget if you just get a complete pci-e system or try and stick it out with agp.
