OC new system

I'll be making my first new system within a few weeks and I plan on getting an AYHJA 1.33 Athlon and no clue what kind of mobo (any suggestions would be greatly appreciated). I think i'm going with the Taisol HS and not sure b/w a delta or sunon fan. But my real question is, because i've never OCed before, what do i need to do to OC the system and do i need arctic silver compound to keep the temperature down. If anyone can explain this to me i'd be very greatful as I have very little knowledge on this subject, thanks.

I got the same cpu you are getting...it's coming thursday...as for the mobo...i ordered an epox-8k7a. Got a lot of good reviews and cheers from various articles and ppl here in the forum. If you're going to OC high...maybe 1600's...recommend artic silver II. Good HSF is a must...Taisol's are good for the buck...but if you have money...Swiftech MC-462a is the way to go...expensive tho. Like 80 bucks.

I thought AYHJA was the stepping code for the new 1.4Ghz Athlons

it is....but those new 1.33Ghz are rejected 1.4Ghz chips.

I'm going with the epox-8k7a mobo, heard good things and i think the taisol and arctic silver i guess for cheapness reasons. How did you ensure that you got a AYHJA 1.33 Athlon though? From what ive heard its random, but i want to makesure i get one of those. Also, how do i overclock this system when i get it running =)? I've don't know how but i know its posslbe and want to do it
