Hey guys, Please im getting rather agitated with this system of mine now. I bought it especially for gaming and for some over clocking.
Problem i have as soon as i do anything like change the mem timings a bit, set the fsb just a bit up to like 210 the machine just crashes. Now what could be causing this problem. If i can?t get this machine running im going to go back to intel.

First of all, you bought a Clawhammer, which is a 130 nm chip. Don't expect to get the 2.7GHz OC's on air out of it like the Winnies and Venices get. Secondly, have you turned down your HyperTransport Multi from 5 to 4 or lower? You'll automatically crash if HyperTransport goes above 1000 with the OC.

Actually, the 3500+ Clawhammers OC pretty well. They are binned FX-55s, which have been known to hit about ~3.0 on air, but they pretty hot. You should be able to get anywhere from 2.5-3GHz (probably around 2.7), but your temps will be higher than a Venice/Winchester, and you'll need more volts. Like JBird7986 said, lower your HTT multi to x4, and play with the CPC (1T/2T) and DRAM Bank Interleave settings. With my DFI Ultra-D, I have to set DRAM Bank Interleave to disable to boot into Windows without a BSOD, and CPC to disable (2T) to be stable.

1- read zebos o/cing guide

2- if you go back to intel can you give me a good deal on your present system?
