im planning in OC'ing the ram my GeCube Radeon 9550XT which runs on Hynix HY5DU283222 AF25 memory... the default speed is 250Mhz for the ram, can i get it to run at 300Mhz or so? also, i just plan to run the core on default speed because i believe this already has been heavily overclocked by GeCube... reference designs runs at 250Mhz while GeCube ran it at 400Mhz...

any inputs will be great, thanks!

Use an overclocking tool with a real-time renderer and artifact scanner (ATI Tool 0.0.23 or ATI Tray Tools 1.0.1 will do; the later is part of the DNA drivers). I've got a 9550 from ASUS and it runs stable at 425/290 MHz (BIOS default is 250/200). For some games however I need to run the mem at 270 MHz. Your deal sounds like there is room for more than that!
