1333MHz is a "Quad Pumped" FSB of 333MHz.
If your FSB clock is set to 400MHz, it will give you 1600MHz "Quad Pumped FSB"
(It is confusing, because quad pumped or not, it is still called the FSB).
But your CPU multiplier works with the "base" FSB, hence 400MHz x 8 = 3.2GHz.
And your DDR2 (Double Data Rate 2nd generation) memory works with "base" FSB of 400MHz x 2 = 800MHz.
Your CPU multiplier = 8.
Your DDR2 RAM multiplier = 2.
