OC Memory FSB Question

I have a Sotek NV400. This is a SINGLE channel Nforce 2 Board. SINGLE CHANNEL MEMORY.

I can run my 2500+ barton at 2250 with 13.5 x 166 and have my memory at 166
Or I can run it at 2200 with 11x 200 fsb with memory at 166

What is the better setup and WHY please?

From what I understand, it is always best to run your fsb and your ram at the same speed. If you are limited to 166fsb on the cpu then run the ram at 166 also. If you can go up to 200 but the ram wont do it, you could benchmark both ways to see what is faster but you will have one component waiting on the other if they arent the same... so to speak.

Dont know if you got this info yet but for testing memory Sandra 2003 works pretty good. Also some other great tests in there. Just do a search in yahoo for it and you'll find several sites to download from.
