OC-ing with the MSI K7T Pro....

How good is this mobo for OC'ing? Looking to run a Duron on it. How easy is it to change the settings? Is it in the BIOS or are there jumpers?? MSI's site isn't very detailed in it's specs on the board. Let me know what your experiences have been!

First the MSI K7T PRO is a great board for stability but does not overclock(unless you use fuzzy logic software to overclock the FSB which does not give you that much speed increase),if you want to overclock buy the MSI K7T PRO2 or 2A version this allows easy overclocking from bios.
