oc help please!!!

whenever i use to reformat, my oc settings in bios would never change (obviously), all i had to do is go into the CPU power menu and enable the overclocking option. however, the last time i reformatted, even though i went in the bios and enabled the overclocking option, and save it and exit bios, it does nothing at all, just read P4 1.6. 16X100, and 166Mhz for the memory on the start up screen. i have a p4 1.6A and a Gigabyte 8I-EXP, any suggestions???

i tried incrasing the FSB in smaller incriments, but i could only get it to 120X16 (1920 MHZ). should i increase the vcore? (it's @ 1.55). should i increase the DIMM voltage? (its at default)

thanx

can you find Lock AGP/PCI anywhere?
select the values 66/33, respectively
if it says Lock PCI/AGP, then its 33/66

after that, yeha raise vcore first

also, put the ram down to a 1:1 ratio for now (so its also at 100mhz, not 166)
