O'C Heat question

Ok i just got me a new Board/CPU,and had it overclocked and running fine.
but was wanting to know, just to be on the safe side, what would be a good degree setting for the PC to shut down if the CPU would happen to get to hot?

Heres my Specs:

BE6
CeleII 700@866 (Ran a couple shooter games, and temp said 31.5C)
160Mb Kingston PC133

Just curious what would be a safe shutdown degree.

Thanks for any help.

Shawn.

The BE6 lacks the ability to read the internal diode. Unfortunately, without an external sensor, you have now ay of "guessing" cpu temp.

yeah thats right..what id advise you to do, and im sure mike would too...get some kind of an external temperature guage and let it barely touch the heatplate of the processor. this is the most accurate reading you are going to get.
