OC E4500 with Asrock 4CoreDualSATA2 Mobo

OK here is the situation:
Mobo: Asrock 4CoreDualSATA2 mobo
CPU: Intel E4500
Mem: PNY PC5300 DDRII

I have been unable to properly OC this system. Haven't been able to find a way to adjust voltage in this BIOS. I have a clean install of XP Pro and all items are updated. Just could use some advice, tips or tricks. As far as the BIOS voltage thing is concerned, there is no obvious easy way to adjust it manually. The manual gives no info on this either.
