Can I OC an E2180 chip as fast as I could on a P35 board? I am guessing no, and I would like to know how far I can go. Also, is 780i a better choice? I am really looking to do SLI. Thanks.
Again, depends on the CPU and Board itsself, but at least 3.0GHz is likely easy.Originally posted by: Dorkenstein
Hmm, that's true I guess. How high would it OC in a Gigabyte P35-DS3? Thanks for replying.
Can't answer that question, since CPU overclocking is one of my lacking areas in knowledge, sorryOriginally posted by: Dorkenstein
Okay, is it a good idea to lap the e2180 also? Thanks for the help.
