hi i am new to OC so i was just wondering if a OC to 2.65/2.7 (with AMD64 x2 4200+) is possible with the Abit Fatal1ty sli, with out other cooling, and i have 350W power supply

and if i did need cooling what type would i need or u recommend?
also what would be the most i could get safely without the need to buy other cooling devices?
