i was wondering what eles i would have to include in my sistem or do to my sistem to make get it to an optimal preformance to overclock the bum out of it

not really sure what fan but it runs at about 5000RPM

Windows 98se
Via 4 in 1
 
Well, we need to know more about your curent system, like what type of heatsink and fan you have right now..... how hot it is currently running.. etc.
