OC 933 and CD-RW

I have a PIII 933 overclocked to 1008 (FSB 144). The system is rock solid stable with the only problem being that it crashes whenever I try burning a CDR. If I set it back to 933 then I don't have any problems at all. Has anyone else had this problem?
