Never mind I'm an idiot, I shouldn't try to learn new things when I'm tired.. figured it out, now if there was a way, without running 3dMark to see if it's going to artifact...
 
I should just stop posting.. but got everything OC'd but- 3d mark shows Graphics test loses about 3fps with 720/1782/972. the temps seem ok, peaking at 69c with ATItool Artifact detector, 3dMark doesn't break 60c.

What would cause this? my over all score did jump up thanks to HRD getting a decent boost from the OC. Shouldn't my graphics score go up when I OC?
 
3DMark as a test is pretty bad, use in-game benches to really see any differences in applicable graphics; in overclocking, you normally won't ever see HUGE increases in performance, it really is the goal of just pushing your specific hardware to maximum efficiency while remaining stable.

Try using ATITool as a tester to do some quick artifact scans, ideally, you can do it for a couple of hours to see if it won't artifact at your clock speeds.
