OC 500e Voltage?

I got my FCPGA 500e to post and load windows at 750mhz, but as soon as I try to run something it freezes. Also, I can run it at 667 no problem, thats 133 FSB, but when I go higher it will post and load windows, but when I restart it won't even post. Could this be a voltage issue, do I need to up the voltage? I had it set at 1.7v when I tried 750 mhz. Any ideas for what voltage it should be set at for this speed? I know it's not my vid card or any other component holding me back (Iv'e tested them all, vid card can do at least 105 FSB with 1/1 divider). Here are my specs:

The tried and true formula for increasing Core Voltage beyond spec is: add 10%, and no more. The new PIIIE's and CII's produce only ~66% of the heat that older Intel PII's and Celly's do. Some OCer's take this as a green light to exceed the 10% rule, and many overvolt the crap out of these new CPU's. As a cautious and prudent overclocker, 10% still seems like good practice to me. It's your CPU.

The spec Core Voltage for PIII 500 and 550 FC-PGA's is 1.6 volts. Ten percent of this value is 0.16v. 1.6v + 0.16v = 1.76v. Assuming that you have a serious HSF(The GORB isn't a "serious" HSF, IMHO) applied properly with thermal paste and better than average case cooling, 1.75v is probably as close to 1.76v as you can get. Give it a try.
