hi,

Would you guide me about how to OC 3770K on tz77xe3 ? Pls.
So far I just changed Turbo to 43x for all 4 cores and got 4.3Ghz stable.
Prime95 below 70C, while IntelBurst below 80C

I didn't change CPU and RAM voltage as I'm not sure what to change.
There are Fixed and Offset options, which one to use?
I'd like to get 4.5 - 4.7.
Currently 44x isn't stable or might not even boot at all.

There are different schools of thought, but I much prefer no turbo/speedstep and using a fixed Vcore with LLC and fixed multi.

I agree with you about traditional OC school.
I'm not looking for the most OC I can get from my 3770K, but get something, while keep all power savings when I don't need whole power.
I'm Ok with trade off to have 100 or 200 MHz less for not fixed multiplier.

What are diff between SPECS and Auto?
