So far my 3500+ is at 2585 (235x11) with stock cooling. That's the largest overclock that's been Prime95 stable for me so far. I'm going to try to get over 2.6GHz next week if I have time. I think you'll be able to get to 2.4GHz+ (3800+ speed) without much tweaking. That came pretty easy for me. Anything over 220 HT required a voltage bump.
Got it up to 2607 (237*11) tonight. Runs all the futuremark benchmarks (3dmark05, 03, 01, pcmark04, aquamark) with no problems. I only had a chance to run Prime95 for 20 minutes so far but it's stable.

2.6 is my goal with stock cooling.
However i dun think i will be hitting 2.6 because the mobo im using is the
Asus A8N SLI, which i've heard, it does not OC as well as the MSI NEO2
