Ok I have overclocked AthlonXP2500+@2.2 (11x200;1.675 Vc) ; A7N8X (dlx)w/ 512mb 3200 cursial 400 memory with an ati 9800np flashed to 9800 pro! It's showing about 104f on mbm!


Ok also i have my memory et to auto 8,3,3,3t IS THAT GOOD? I don't understand how to set up memory...

Now what programs do I use to test it...

I have 3dmark3 but what else... SO I can see if it burns up thx

you want to run lower numbers on your ram.. not higher...

i dunno how good the crucial is...


but try 2-2-2-6 rather than 3-3-3-8

if that doesn't boot, try 2-3-3-6 and make sure you run some memtest86 and prime95 to test for stability....

OMG? 3-3-3-8? that is the standard for crucial? if you have a hard time getting it down then sell the ram or return it and upgrade.

nope 3. crucial 3200 blows, but people buy it anyway...gotta love stupid consumers.

msi should oc well. check the anandtech reviews. id definatly does not do as wel as some others but at that price point it does well. you should check out the k7f7-s too i believe it is in the same price range and though the layout suck it ocs really well.
