OC, 1.6a and Abit TH7 II, no raid- Created this problem......?

Hello everyone, I OC my 1.6A @2128 ( 133mhz fsb with multifier @ 16X) with default voltage, and I selected "fixed" in the bios of my Abit board. I have windowXP professional as operating system... OK, here is the problem i got: When i am using my computer, evrything work fine. But when I leave (away from) my computer for about a couple hours, my computer just reboot by itself. Anyone has any ideas what caused it. First I thought that might be my screen saver, so I disable it (screesaver). But the problem still there. Any inputs, advises would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Thank you ZZZZ. I have another question: Everytime when I shut down the computer, when I turn it back on after i hit the "power button", my computer doesn't boot up unless I have to hit the "reset button". Where do i have to adjust (in bios, might be) to eliminate it, so I don't have to hit the "reset button " anytime I power up my computer. Thank you for your help.
