We formed a company and would like to obtain a business card for obvious reasons.
What will they want to know? is it a matter of just checking my credit report?

Well, I'd assume that they'd want the business name/address and the Federal Tax ID for the business along with your personal name/address and SSN.

I'd say, call them up then and find out. But, looks rather simple to apply.

I know the small consulting firm where I used to work used their AMEX card for buying everything (PCs for the office, PCs we'd ship to and bill clients for, etc.) The boss had enough AMEX Membership miles he flew his whole family to Hawaii twice and stayed at a Hilton for two weeks...all free.
