On the agenda was to talk about Mueller Instigation

I’m going with it wasn’t a discussion where the President said don’t mess with us or else....

Gotta hand it to the GOP—on one hand screaming at Dems in the House to “pass a bill” and “move on” from investigating the Administration’s crimes, and then in one fell swoop demonstrating their utter hypocrisy, blocking an easy disaster-aid bill during one of the worst tornado outbreaks in recent history.

I dare Trump and his cronies to blame this on Pelosi.

Texas Rep. Chip Roy took to the House floor late Friday morning to object when lawmakers tried to approve the legislation using a fast-track tactic, with many members of Congress already gone for the holiday.

“If I do not object, Congress will have passed a bill with $19 billion without being here to vote on it,” Roy said. [Note: Senate already passed it, after negotiating with Dems, and Trump said he’d sign it.]

Railing against the "swamp," Roy objected to speeding the measure through a nearly-empty chamber, complained it wasn't paid for and challenged a decision not to include President Trump's $4.5 billion request for dealing with the migrant crisis on the U.S.-Mexico border. [How stupid do your voters have to be to hear you complain about $19 billion “unpaid for” and then hear you complain it’s missing an additional $5 bil in the next sentence?]

The surprise development comes after the Senate overwhelmingly approved the legislation Thursday afternoon to help several states and Puerto Rico recover from hurricanes, floods and wildfires – this, after Trump himself backed off from his demand that border security money be added.

Senators had passed the measure on an 85-8 vote; eight Republicans opposed it. Trump then said he would sign the measure, tweeting: "The U.S. Senate has just approved a 19 Billion Dollar Disaster Relief Bill, with my total approval. Great!"

Another dude taped while doing blow off a hookers ass and taking a bribe... Too bad.
Really, journalists should start asking these questions : What do they have on you? Is there tapes?

glad I moved out of DFW over 10 years ago, it's really become a shithole of a state since tho it does seem it may be starting to turn after Beto came close to ousting cruz.

Not to worry...
They have their guns and religion to cling to.
Shoot that damn twister, or pray it away.
Inbreds, go figure....

Funny how wisdom comes back to bite you in the butt.
Obama was right about the clinging, to guns and religion, and Hillary was proven correct about the deplorables.

I'll keep my guns and am OK with the religious, within limits of course. The Fundies aren't Christians although they may believe they are, and I think an AR is fun, but I don't need a nuke nor do I believe that there should not be conditions and consequences when rights are claimed and used irresponsibly.

In any case we found a guy who out-Trumped Trump.

Hmm...as it turns out I'm moving into this particular douche's district next week. This TX-21 gerrymander is nuts lol. Even still his margin was very low compared to historical.

I'll make sure to register promptly to help out the next D candidate.
