Obsessive Compulsive disorder from Conroe...

So I am working on my first build of a CPU and it seems I have come into the market at just the right time to see a big change and hype "with good reason" of the conroe chip.

Over the last 4 weeks I have been preping for the launch of the Conroe and all of its great parts to use. However, my OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE side has kicked in a has me reading every last thread about conroe and its news or issues.

Now everytime i have something good to tell my wife, she asks if it is about this stupid computer thing... and it usually is!!!

So i think that I have become obsessed with learning about the right parts to buy for my build, but it sounds like I need to wait about 3-4 more weeks to get through the hype and get parts that have all been revised to work together.

If someone would PM me when I can use about $1000 for a 6600, 7900GT, 2Gig fast ram, fully BIO resolved overclocking mobo, and 320gig sata2 Hard drive.

Of course, I will be obsessively checking the responses to this and my PM's 😱

I think I will survive, but its so tempting to start buying products, I just want things to level out tomorrow and order the damn thing.

lol

Me too kind of. I want to make sure all my parts are perfect at the lowest prices. I keep making a lot of boards quadruple checking my stuff.

ohh, I forgot to say that I spend all of my free time doing this instead of gaming or other important things, and my wife is a theropist and said this is a case of Obsessive Compulsive behavior.

CHIT 6600 BACK IN STOCK AT ZIPZOOMFLY!!!! JUST GOT THE EMAIL!!!

but is still says out of stock when I goto the product.

There is a complete manual for diagnosis of this called the DSM-4

this behavior itself may not completely qualify as OCD, but if you turn your computer on and off say like 4 times before you will use it, then you most likely have an issue with OCD.

That the problem I do get out... ALOT! this has thrown me for a loop. Its like a damn Spider web, I have never built one and its is driving me nuts to see a case PSU and key pad un opened next to this computer.
