obscene amount of dust

Alright my room is soooo dusty. I have filters in my computer (antec p180) and the filters get packed in like... 3 days. My AC filter was completely clogged with dust hanging off of the vent itself.

My electronics have thin sheets of dust on them a day or two after dusting.

Its a normal room about 15x20.. just me... the only thing special about it is that about 1/2 the walls are bookshelves stacked with old ass books. Do books cause lots of dust? There is about.. 500 of em i'd say.

my dad never cleaned it when it was his office but we switched rooms about a year ago and i vacuum and dust like every three days...
