The game's so open ended I can't even fathom a demo for that game - just get it; I, along with the other throngs of ATOT-ers who've got it, can assure you that it's worth the transaction.
 
Well, i suppose they could make a demo for the first part of the game where you get up to the sewer exit, but that would be pretty short, and still be a huge download. If you have the 360, just rent it.
